Tiffanylynn Hill, age 44 of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on June 24, 2026. Born in Chicago, IL, Tiffany was a loving daughter, sister, cousin, niece, and friend. She was known as the life of the party, ready with a smile, laughter, and her invigorating personality. She loved to dance and played instruments all through school. Her favorite pet was her childhood guinea pigs. Always a bit of a tomboy, she took pride in her variety of gym shoes, and her matched outfits. She enjoyed pizza, mashed potatoes, and macaroni & cheese, but otherwise was a picky eater. Her mom and friends called her “T-Bone” or “Tiff-Tiff.”

She was preceded in death by her father, Jeffry Lynn Binford; stepfather, Victor Morgan; aunts, Diane Hill, Joann Hill, and Brenda Jean Hill; uncle, Jeffry Hill; and cousins, Belvin Hill and Ulonzo Hill.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Linda Jean Hill-Morgan; stepsister, Snowquanna Morgan; and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service Friday, July 31 at 2pm at Inspired Journeys (Roberts Family Funeral Home), 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake, MN, with a visitation one hour prior.
