Jasmine Vue, 11, of Hugo went to be in the arms of Jesus on August 10th, 2026. Although Jasmine was born into challenging circumstances, her path led her to the loving home of Zoua. There, she was welcomed with open arms into a safe home where she was nurtured and cherished for 5 years. Over those years, a deep and beautiful bond grew, and in November 2025, Jasmine and her brothers were officially adopted, making permanent the family bond that had already been formed through years of love, care, and devotion.

Jasmine was a beautiful soul whose bright spirit and joyful presence touched the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She had a graceful wonder about life, was considerate of those around her, and was full of ambition—ready to seize the day.

She attended Oneka Elementary and quickly became a light to many of her teachers and friends. She was praised for her creativity, kindness, and for the gift of making those around her feel loved and valued. She was skilled at drawing, loved cats, kpop music, and the color purple.

Although her life was far too brief, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain with us forever. She leaves behind her mother, Zoua Vue; two brothers, John and Terrance Vue; grandma, Lia Lor; uncle, Pao Vue (Tenzin Choezom); aunt, Mai Vue (Lorenzo Lopez); uncles Kao and Andy Vue; and many other loving family and friends who will carry her memory and love with them always. May her memory continue to bring warmth, comfort, and light to all who knew her.

Until we meet again, sweet Jasmine. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Funeral service Friday, August 21 at 11am at Woodbury Church of Christ, 4920 Woodbury Dr., with visitation beginning at 9am. Interment Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville.
